Charlie Barr MNAEA & Rob Price MNAEA - Directors
The two principal directors of Homes, Charlie Barr (left) and Rob Price grew up in the local area and are both career estate agents, having entered the profession immediately after leaving college. With over 30 years’ experience in residential property sales and lettings between them, they have earned a reputation for setting new standards in the sector. Their relentless energy and enthusiasm sets them apart from other agents and is the driving force behind the success and ‘can-do’ culture of Homes Estate Agents.
Rob Barr - Commercial Director
Homes benefit from the support of key management to ensure the business delivers on its obligations to its customers. Rob Barr is the firm’s Commercial Director and handles the strategic development, as well the legal and marketing activity. With over 40 years of general business experience he has held senior Board level positions since the early 1990s with some very sizeable UK and International organisations.
Peppe De Fazio - Head of Land and New Homes
Peppe grew up in the local area, lives in Grayshott and is now our Head of Land and New Homes. With 25 years in the property sector, his wide experience covers renovation projects, interior design and many years in both larger and independent estate agencies. So, if you want to know anything about land and new homes in Alton, Grayshott, Liphook, Petersfield and the surrounding areas, as well as getting some useful tips on general property improvements, then Peppe is your man!

Liana Marlow - Sales Progression
Heading up Homes’ Sales Progression Department is Liana who deals with all aspects of client’s sales and purchases. Having managed the Alton office previously, Liana has great working relationships with many local and surrounding solicitors which should ensure a smooth transaction. With a great eye for detail and her inherent local knowledge, she is the ultimate ‘go to’ person for any information on the area.
Sue Marshall - Sales Progression
Sue Marshall, our Sales and Conveyancing Progressor, liaises between all parties involved in property transactions, taking much of the strain away from vendors and buyers. Her prime focus is to maximise communications and minimise delays in the conveyancing process. Again local to the area, Sue is a great asset to any sale or purchase.
THE ALTON OFFICE TEAM
Ben Moore - Branch Manager
Having worked in local agency for nearly 15 years, Ben joined the Homes team in 2014. Having started in the industry in his teens, Ben has worked his way through all levels of agency to the position he now holds as Branch Manager of our Alton office. His approach to sales and customer service is well known in the area and his knowledge of the locality is extensive.
Ryan Burns - Client Advisor
Ryan joined the Alton office in 2016 as Client Advisor and has made a great impact in a relatively short time. A graduate of Bristol University, he has settled into the Alton area and his new role really well. He has a specific interest in property matters and, with his insatiable appetite to ensure Homes’ customers get the very best experience, he’s certainly well on his way to a great career in estate agency
Sally Sanders - Client Manager
Sally has amassed over 20 years in local sales and estate agency and provides invaluable support to the team. Sally gets involved in all aspects of the business and anyone dealing with her will soon find out that nothing is too much trouble for her.
Rosie Wallace - Client Advisor
Rosie Wallace is our regional Lettings Client Advisor, based in our Alton office. A firm fixture of the Alton team with an energetic personality, she is the ‘go to’ person for all enquiries from both tenants and landlords. Having grown up in Alresford, Rosie has spent much time travelling, most noticeably in Australia where she was engaged in a variety of life-building roles. Since returning to the UK, she has gone back to her roots to Alresford where she now lives with her family.
Jane Collingborn - Office Administrator
Keeping the Alton branch in order, Jane is our Office Administrator. Originally from Wales, Jane has lived in Alton for 20 years, bringing a massive amount of organisation and administrative efficiency to the day to day running of the office. Keeping on top of all parts of the buying, selling and letting process, she is also on hand to help our customers with any aspect their property requirements.
THE GRAYSHOTT OFFICE TEAM
Alex Bennett - Branch Manager
Having grown up in Grayshott and still living locally, Alex is our Grayshott office manager and is perfectly placed to advise clients about living in this beautiful part of our region. Having spent many years previously in sales and corporate hospitality, he brings a wealth of life experience outside of estate agency to his role. In recent years, Alex has been a senior member of our Petersfield office sales team.
Richard Armstrong - Senior Client Advisor
Richard is also one of Grayshott’s Senior Client Advisors. He has had over 12 years’ experience as an Estate Agent in and around Surrey and Hampshire. Richard is already making a positive impact in assisting and advising both buyers and sellers within the Grayshott area. He lives in West Sussex and when he is not working he enjoys spending time with his son as well as cycling and exploring the South Downs.
Paul Armstrong - Senior Client Advisor
Paul is one of Grayshott’s Senior Client Advisors with many years’ experience in local estate agency management and an excellent knowledge of the area and property matters in general. He is a true outdoor type, a keen dog walker and is the perfect person to assist buyers and sellers in this most beautiful area abounding the Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex borders.
Mandy Ellis - Client Advisor
Mandy is a real local lass, having spent all her life in and around the Liphook area. She is fantastically organised and is our Client Advisor in both our Liphook and Grayshott offices - there’s not much which escapes her administrative attention either! Very much an outdoor type, dogs and horses feature high on her list of ‘out of work’ commitments! With a great sense of humour, she’s got a real passion for the property market.

Ollie Williams - Branch Manager
Now managing our office in Liphook, Ollie initially joined Homes in our Alton Office. His knowledge of the local area together with his passion for the property industry, quickly gained him an excellent reputation for helping both vendors and purchasers achieve a successful move. Ollie’s love of sport will often find him on the golf course or playing for his local cricket club. With his ‘can do’ attitude and enthusiasm, why not come and speak to him to help you with your next move?
Tom Cann - Client Advisor
Tom Cann has recently joined the team as a client advisor having worked in estate agency locally in Liphook and Haslemere prior to joining Homes. He brings a fresh and young approach to the Liphook office, and has lived in Liss all of his life knowing the area well. Tom has a real passion for sales and when not at work he can be found on the local golf course.

Running our Petersfield office, we are fortunate to have Karen Janku, whose wealth of estate agency experience in the local area will put any customer’s mind at rest. She has spent many years in the Petersfield area and is very well placed to advise on all property matters across sales and lettings.
Jon Lacey - Valuation & Instructions Manager
As our Valuation & Instructions Manager, Jon is a seasoned and highly experienced estate agent, having spent nearly 20 years working in the immediate and surrounding areas. With connections to Churchers College in Petersfield and pre-agency experience in retail and hospitality, Jon understands the importance of positive customer relations. A keen sportsman, he lives in Winchester with his wife and young daughter.
George Twiddy - Senior Client Advisor
George Twiddy was raised and educated in Petersfield and has a great insight into the local area. His enthusiasm for cars is only surpassed by his passion for the property market. Under his somewhat ‘quiet’ exterior lies a bundle of energy and commitment which makes him an ideal person to be our second Senior Client Advisor in the Petersfield office
Dawn Smith - Client Advisor
Dawn Smith is our Client Advisor in Petersfield. Renowned for her attention to detail, there is rarely anything to do with sales or lettings which Dawn cannot attend to. Our customers know her as someone who just sorts things out in a quiet, efficient manner and always with a big smile!

Sean Hulbert MARLA - Head of Residential Lettings
Homes are fortunate to have Sean Hulbert as Head of Residential Lettings. Sean brings with him a wealth of experience and for over 10 years has been managing successful letting branches throughout Surrey and South London. Local to the area, Sean fancied a change of scenery and is excited about driving the Homes letting business forward.
Seb Wilding-Taylor - Lettings Property Manager
Seb joined the Homes team as our Lettings manager in January 2017. With 6 years local Lettings and agency Sales experience, he holds qualifications with both ARLA & NAEA. Originally from North Wales (and not surprising a passionate rugby fan!), his attention to detail and familiarity with both landlords’ and tenants’ requirements makes him a great asset to the team and, of course, our customers.
Jane Allen - Accounts Co-ordinator
Jane is Homes’ Letting Accounts Co-ordinator and has lived in Petersfield all of her life. Having worked for over 25 years in general accounting for a tour operator and a Norwegian oil & gas company, she decided to embark on a fresh challenge in lettings accounts. Outside of Homes, Jane enjoys spending as much time as possible with her daughters and grandchildren.
THE FINANCE & INSURANCE TEAM
Homes’ finance & insurance team provide customers with specialist in-house expertise covering mortgage and protection products. They are also able to advise on a wide variety of other financial services such as pensions, investments and saving products.
Neil Baker is a fully qualified IFA with industry standard qualifications. Neil is sports mad and is the manager of Slough FC.
Dan Read is a fully qualified IFA with industry standard qualifications. Also a keen sportsman, Dan still ‘struts his stuff’ on the pitch at a seriously competent level and currently plays for Godalming FC.
